C.J. Hayden

C.J. Hayden, MCC, CPCC, is the author of Get Clients Now!, Get Hired Now!, and The One-Person Marketing Plan Workbook, and a contributing author to Guerrilla Marketing on the Front Lines and Mastering the World of Marketing. C.J. is a business coach, trainer, and speaker who helps people make a better living while building a better world. Her company, Wings for Business, specializes in serving entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, and social entrepreneurs. C.J. is a former systems and productivity consultant with over 30 years experience in business management. She has been a professional trainer since 1978, a business advisor since 1990, and a coach since 1992.

A popular speaker and workshop leader, C.J. has presented hundreds of programs on marketing, entrepreneurship, and mission-driven business to corporate clients, professional associations, and small businesses. A pioneer in the emerging profession of coaching, C.J. was a founding director of the worldwide Professional & Personal Coaches Association (which later merged with the International Coach Federation) and editor of their newsletter Being in Action. She founded the Coaches Make A Difference Initiative and serves on the advisory board of Choice: The Magazine of Professional Coaching. C.J. holds the credentials Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute. She has completed advanced coach training with the Arbinger Institute and is a member of the Arbinger Coaches Network.

As an activist and social entrepreneur, C.J. is the founder of the Send Girls to School Project, and serves on the board of A Good Deed Tea.

Donna Fenn

Donna Fenn is the author of two books: Upstarts! How GenY Entrepreneurs are Rocking the World of Business and 8 Ways You Can Profit From Their Success (McGraw-Hill, 2009); and Alpha Dogs: How Your Small Business Can Become a Leader of the Pack (Collins 2005).

A business journalist for more than 25 years, Fenn is a contributing editor at Inc. Magazine and the co-founder of The Mentors Council, an initiative of The Young Entrepreneur Council. She is also an experienced international keynote speaker. She has been a blogger on BNET/CBSi, a columnist on Lifetuner.com, and her work has appeared in The New York Times, Newsweek, Working Woman, Parents, Reader’s Digest, and The Washington Monthly, among other publications. She was a correspondent for The Associated Press in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from 1988 to 1992.

Lisa Petrilli

Lisa Petrilli is Chief Executive Officer of C-Level Strategies, Inc., Chief Operating and Marketing Officer for the global To Be a Woman platform, and Chief Relationship Officer for CEO Connection. She is passionate about cultivating visionary leadership.
